Whether your dream wedding is
an elegant celebration in a beautiful mountaintop chapel, a cabin wedding or a western roundup, you can find it here in the Smoky Mountains.
Almost all of the wedding chapels in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are offered in
candlelight, so no need to rent candles, etc. The chapels have their own ordained
ministers to perform your wedding ceremony. Just about everything
you can think of for your wedding is usually offered by the wedding chapels, including
fresh or silk bridal flowers and bouquets, wedding receptions, catering and DJs, honeymoon
lodging, limousine service, dove release, makeovers and more. Just ask the
wedding planner. Some of the chapels are large with
lots of free parking for your guests, but some of the chapels in Gatlinburg are right on
the parkway so your guests may have to find a parking lot or public garage. A good thing to
verify when talking with them. Like restaurants, the wedding chapels vary in
taste, elegance, size and
location. You've heard the saying...you get what you pay for, well, don't expect
anything different from the chapels. Lots are in the middle of town, some are more
secluded, some have mountain views, some have no views. You just have to decide what
surroundings you would like to enjoy on your wedding day and then choose your chapel. So
if its all about "location, location, location" then have them tell you all
about their surroundings. If you want mountain backdrops in your wedding photos,
then be specific.
Most all of the Gatlinburg and
Pigeon Forge wedding chapels have their own wedding photographers and videographers and
the cost is usually much less than an individual wedding photographer charges.
Because their days are dedicated to wedding photography, the majority of chapel
photographers are extremely good at what they do. Just visit their websites, study
the photographs, and decide for yourself.
We wish you a beautiful and
memorable Smoky Mountain wedding! |
